The virtual Free Software Stammtisch is a social environment for GNU, Linux, *BSD and other Free Software enthusiasts. We start at 19:00 Arizona time (GMT-7). Feel free to invite friends and family to participate.

We host quarterly ( Januaries, Aprils, Julys and Octobers ) jobs night events before Stammtisch starting at 18:00.

The Free Software Stammtisch will be a virtual event at least through the end of Summer 2020. Though virtual, it's a dinner event, so consider ordering in from a locally own restaurant.

Currently we're using a hosted Big Blue Button instance.

We are using PLUG's draft code of conduct

Getting to know others ( networking ) has always been part of Stammtisch (the conference hallway track without the conference ). The jobs night events came about due for requests for a more directed approach to job networking from both hiring employers and those seeking new jobs. It was therefore natural to create standalone events that merge into Stammtisch.

Januaries and Julys have resume events while Aprils and Octobers have jobs networking events.

If you live near our normal meeting place, Boulders on Southern ( 1010 W Southern Ave, Mesa, Arizona 85210 ), please consider ordering from them.
