two nights ago, I told that that they had achieved the impossible - they
made Cox look good. I call Cox - servus interruptus

problems is an understatement. when it is working (which it is now because I
am getting and receiving e-mail) it's slow...benchmarks on MSN's bandwidth
test

are running about 460Kbps  - about 2/3 of what it used to be and that's very
good.
Tuesday, I was getting only about 200Kbps at a customers site. I didn't want
to alarm them.

They were supposed to come out to my house today and replace the rooftop
receiver - their instigation - but they cancelled - changed their plan and
put me back a week. They are also lowering my price to $40 per month (didn't
ask them to).
