Just to clarify, the hard drives spin, but don't try to boot, they don't get

that far.  I don't even think they get past POST, because I get NO beeps.  
I've tried swapping RAM with some that I know to be good, which by the way, 
One of the systems worked just fine, until I shutdown, and then it wouldn't 
reboot.  I'm totally stumped.
