I am having a little trouble getting qmail up and running. When I try to
test the send/receive, I get this message:

echo to: lvogel | var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject
qmail-inject: fatal: qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0)

I can't figure it out from the little documentation that I have.
