VertRefresh 50-100

Not the worlds most aggressive monitor timings, and probably why the
high-end modes are inaccessible.
Check the monitor documentation and update the above two lines.
(The lowest quality 1280x1024 in your file is the following, which
will require a horizontal refresh of at least 51 or so... )
