My parents live in Payson, AZ..
They have been using Futureone as an ISP for probably the last 4 or 5
years.  Just suddenly they can't get online anymore. I can login as them
in Chandler, but in Payson, it won't accept their password..

Today I found out that Earthlink bought out Futureone in Payson and
disabled everyone's account.. probably for a rate hike and new
subscriber list.  

Anyone know where I can go to find out more info?  I can find anything
through earthlink, they are pretty worthless for customer support.
Any help is appreciated.
