Maybe that's screwing something up as well. But with that in there it makes no difference. I dialed up once from the outside and tried to ftp into my box, and that took a little while too, but I thought it was because I was dialed up, maybe I need to do more research, it could be my firewall. But i don't think so, because even dialed up, it still only took about 4 seconds after 'connected to ftp.the-arcanum.org' whereas at work it can sometimes take up to 30 seconds. > > Maybe setup a zone for that particular hosts IP and serve up the reverse > yourself :).
