By your beep codes, I would think you have a Phoenix BIOS, but there is
no 1 - 3 - 3 beep code for them...
Award usually only beeps if the video system is bad.. So I would start
there..

I would make sure you put the cables in correctly..
the pin layouts are correct. The red line on the same side as the power
plug.=20

It could be beeping because when the hard drive was installed you may
have shocked the video card..
Try swapping the card with your win box and see if it works..

But either way, I would start there.
