Award usually only beeps if the video system is bad.. So I would start there.. I would make sure you put the cables in correctly.. the pin layouts are correct. The red line on the same side as the power plug.=20 It could be beeping because when the hard drive was installed you may have shocked the video card.. Try swapping the card with your win box and see if it works..
