	You mention that you're compiling cdrecord on a RH 7.1 system. Where
did you get the source? Is it from a SRPM, or did you get it from cdrecord's
website? Is it a development snapshot? Have you tried using a precompiled
rpm (or maybe even a .deb) package instead?
