I would say the later.  If you are a ERP system programmer and dont like
having to work on M$ systems please contribute to GNU Enterprise
(http://www.gnue.org) so that corporations have a free alternative and
thus the ability to offer you a position as an ERP programmer that gets to
deal with Free Software.
