ASULUG, www.ASULUG.org
TFUG in Tucson, http://www.tfug.org. There might be more need for *NIX
people in Tucson right now.

There's an AIX users group somewhere. I think it was mostly people from
Motorola, though, so it might've dissolved along with many of those jobs.

There were also orgs for HP/UX and Solaris.

Check Java UG, www.phxjug.org, for Solaris jobs.

For jobs also look at AZIPA, www.AZIPA.org, but it's died down quite a bit
recently.
