OK, it turns out they do have a Free Speech method of getting there, but
that one isn't Free Beer :).

You have to be a member of USENIX or sign up to be one in order to use this
form. Hell, it only cost me $95 to get a free ticket... Actually, I'm
already a member of USENIX and SAGE, so I was able to get setup with this.
Konqueror worked without any probs.
