WAIT!  I just tried to reload from an old M8.0 cd and got the same error.  It 
says:

An error occurred
nothing found while parsing /mnt/var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.CD 1 Installation (x86) 
(cdrom).cx.

Anyone have any idea what the heck is happening.  I am getting real confused 
and running on this old P-133 isnt making things easier.
