Storm is based on Debian, and if you change your /etc/apt/sources.list to Debian mirrors, you can simply do an 'apt-get update && apt-get -u dist-upgrade' (-u lists what's going to get upgraded). Don't know if it will upgrade smoothly, but theoretically it should. Good luck!
