If they had a system in place to take bug reports, like Open Source
Software does, maybe they would.  Back in 1989, I reported a bug in
QuickBASIC.  Back in 1989, Microsoft was concerned about the quality
of their products, and offered unlimited technical support on their
products.  Back in 1989, Microsoft was not an abusive monopoly.

If you know of a problem, but don't report it so it can be fixed,
is a form of social irresponsibility.   In our Open Source
society, it is your responsibility to help make the products the
best they can be.  Failure to do so allows the issue to remain, 
and is a problem.
