I found it to be a major nightmare. I have 5-13% packet loss and they will not correct it. Everyone in my neighborhood has the same problem, but they just think the Internet is a little slow. I have 5 pages of notes regarding my conversations with Qwest. Don't get me wrong - Qwest is NOT the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. Theyr are #2.
