You're lucky. I just dropped Quest after paying for 640 x 200 for almost a
year and Quest never being able to give more than 210 kbps. They had a bunch
of techs look and could never get it right. I had techs at the CO, the
DSLAM, and at the NIC conferencing, replacing cards, reprovisioning, etc.
without any luck. I feel for you in Anthem - must be even more difficult out
there. Could it be that they can't work with their product?
