Most older CDROM drives have difficulties with CDR discs. If it's an old CDROM drive that's giving you the problem - generally a 4x or lower drive - trade it out for a newer model and see whether that helps. \\/ http://www.wlindley.com p.s., Would y'all say it's an accepted protocol to use "disc" for optical media (CDs, WORMs, laserdiscs) and "disk" for magnetic media (floppy disks, hard disks)?
