OK, I am setting up a new box as a server and I want to remote administer it
with Webmin (www.webmin.com).

I downloaded it, installed it on the box and I can run it locally using the
URL http://localhost:10000/.  Cool.

I am trying to follow the directions at
http://www.webmin.com/webmin/apache.html to make it run under a subdirectory
with Apache as the server but it is not working.  I get 404 errors when trying
to load the URL http://0.0.0.0/webmin.  I am lost as to what step I am doing
wrong.

What are the tricks to this setup?
