I've been using spamassassin lately and it seems to do a very very very good job. It's very easy to setup and seems to have a very good hit rate with the default config. I haven't seen it miss a single spam yet, and it's only caught a couple of false positives. Both were in the plug group and the message was fairly "spammy" so I could see how it got confused.
