I was at Fry's saturday playing with one.  Cute little thing.  It's a really cheesy distro called Thiz Linux which, IMHO should be replaced with something better like Lindows.  Anyway, didn't have a whole lot of time to play but it's really easy to change root's password (ok, so it never was hard if you had direct access) and so on but I would get just for the parts personally, and install distro of choice.
