This sounds like an excellent suggestion. We'll let the PLUG list members 
kick around the idea for the next 4 or five days, or less if a consensus is 
reached earlier.

I'm planning on making the equipment available for pickup next weekend, and 
am fairly certain we'll decide who the recipient will be before then. I have 
to admit that your suggestion seems the best for the community at large. :-)
