I've used mysqlgui. It's a bit spartan, but get the job done. If you're looking for something more full featured, I've been using Free Mascon (www.scibit.com) and have found it to be very good. The free version doesn't have all the features of the pay version, but I haven't needed any of the "pay for" features. If your familiar with MS SQL Server, it's very close to the Enterprise Manager GUI tool.
