Hehe, don't listen to him.  I think we all know that this title 
belongs, without question, to Las Vegas.  After a brief time there and 
in southern California, I have come to believe that people complain 
about the drivers simply because they live here (not that there 
couldn't be some improvement :-) ).

Also, I put in another vote for Arizona Federal Credit Union.  I 
thought you had to be employed by the government or a relative of a 
current AZFCU member to join, but they have been running television 
commercials so this rule may no longer hold.
