CGC is egger to explore the Linux Upgrade concept where practicable.

Looking at using Linux as a Terminal Server Client, I have downloaded a file
named rdesktop-1.1.0.tar to a ms XP box.  I can burn it to a CD or copy to
diskette (dos type).

I want to install this on a RedHat 7.2 system using KDE.

Being a novice wannabe newbe, I am hoping for some detailed help on this.
They tell me that I am trainable.

FYI, the Redhat 7.2 system (K6-2) is a learning tool.  I have re-loaded 7.2
many times and have learned each time.  Am willing to load it again (or 8.0)
with GNOME if that would help.
