-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I've been using fetchmail for a long time in this situation, so nothing new has changed or been introduced. I dialup to Cybertrails, run fetchmail, and get these fetchmail: socket error while fetching from Konzoo fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET) fetchmail: socket error while fetching from Konzoo fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET) fetchmail: socket error while fetching from Konzoo fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET) fetchmail: No mail for kernel@konzoo.com at mail.konzoo.com In this instance, kernel@konzoo.com checked okay, but the other three didn't. Most of the time none work or they all work. I searched google but only got one relevant hit and it was unanswered. Any ideas? I would guess my modem is going bad, but at my shop we use cable, and it either checks okay, or says it couldn't communicate with the server. I'm lost. nathan - -- Nathan England plug@the-arcanum.org "A free society is one where it is safe to be unpopular" --Adlai Stevenson All spam related material, please forward to: uce@ftc.gov -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9thNmQ7yNnsYcupwRAonnAJ9OsTFcN2oXmtTLlI+bCHPLArGm6wCfUW9v spnruUccIoAKFF4t4/x+fZE= =y+gc -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
