Our office currently has open two office for subleasing.  The larger
office is 350 square feet (approximate) and the small office is 220
square feet (approximate).  We are located near Thunderbird on 35th
Avenue.  The space comes with direct internet on our T-1, phone service
(unless you have your own), security alarm, private keyed door, use of
kitchen equipment, network equipment including Tektronics Phaser 850
printer and more.

The larger office will rent for $550 per month and the smaller office
will rent for $425.  There is a deposit of $200 with each office.  

Each office will be available for occupancy on Monday, October 29th.  We
need to immediately fill these spaces.  We are slightly negotiable on
the rent.
