It appears that from some networks PLUG dns is unreachable. I suspect 
this is a result of filtering on the dns servers part perhaps. We don't 
run the DNS just the web hosting, so for the time being if you are 
having trouble you can reach the site via IP at

http://66.111.2.71/az.us/plug.phoenix/

Note that the website will cause the urls and links to point at the 
domain not the IP so lots of hand editing URLS will be required.

I will look into the situation further with Hans and Brian who run the DNS.
