I agree. Another one is something like this:

 someone> .....how do I fix my sendmail...?
 
 jerk> .....you really should use <fill in> instead of sendmail...

Of course, sendmail was just an example off the top of my head,
one could very well replace it w/ a distro, another program, etc.
