Does anyone know of a Linux rescue or boot floppy disk (or two) with the
following?

fdisk
mkfs
lilo (or grub)
ftp (or scp or rcp or http client)
PCMCIA/PCCARD ethernet support

(And, of course, regular tools like tar, mount, fsck, ifconfig, et
cetera.)
