SCO is selling their case in the press because they know they haven't a
snowball's chance in Phoenix when they get to court.

Eben Moglen, distingushed law professor and FSF General Counsel has written an
excellent (and short) position paper about SCO and Linux users. You can find it

I really think every Linux user should read it and carry a few copies (or the
URL) to help educate others. The paper really helps one cut throught SCO's FUD
and the press articles that don't understand the issues.
