The University of Advancing Technology near 48th and Baseline in Tempe has
volunteered to host an InstallFest on Saturday, the 25th of Oktober.

That's 7 weeks from tomorrow. If we're going to do this we need to have a
team to organize the event in the next few days and a press release ready b=
y
the end of next week.

They have a nice auditorium for presentations, a couple of classrooms with
computer desks and easy access.

We have most of the equipment we need, including a bunch of boxen we can us=
e
for the LTSP that were donated by... UAT :).

We need at least the following:

* project leader
* donations co-ordinator
* volunteer co-ordinator
* press co-ordinator

The project leader might want others.

AZOTO will be helping a lot with the presentations, but it might also be
good to have a volunteer presentation co-ordinator.
