Rerunning 'apt-get update' will fix that. if 'apt-get dist-upgrade' gets interrupted you could end up with partially downloaded packages or packages that are partially installed. Rerunning 'apt-get dist-upgrade' will continued downloading from where it was ( per file, so if you have half of the new version of ssh, it'll get the other half and doesn't have to refetch the first half ) and will continue unpacking and configuring packages from where it was interrupted.
