Does this list have a readme, howto or anything which
attempts to outline proper, informal etiquette when mailing
the list (or any list)?

I know top posting drives some guys nuts, so I made the attempt
to change my bad habits. Changing subjects right in the middle
of a thread drives me nuts (makes me think Mutt is hosed).

I am sure there are dozens more that can be addressed to make
us better list users.
