I am not trying to beat anyone up: I am just trying to learn
better manners for THIS list. That is why I originally asked
if the list had a readme, etc.

I just wanted to learn what was appropriate for the list and not
beat or flame anyone for what "I" thought was annoying.

I have learned what I wanted to know. I think I'll go read Reed's
links that he provided.
