We do not have a netiquette doc.

Really the main things are:

1. no html mail
2. avoid attachments ( they might get auto-rejected, but I think we allow
small ones )
3. no SPAM
4. invoke JLF once in a while ;-)

People have their own opinions about top/bottom/inline posting. I will try
to stay out of that for once...
