Okay, here is what happened: I asked the same question of another group whose reply (http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=23620#23620) sent me here: http://www.ee.oulu.fi/~tuukkat/quickcam/quickcam.html which sent me here: http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/ which sent me here: http://www.smcc.demon.nl/webcam/ which which ultimately led me here: http://www.smcc.demon.nl/webcam/release.html which is where I found the # PWC core modules (source) and PWCX decompressor modules downloads and this link http://www.clanlib.org/hermes/ to make it a color cam.
