I've added a notice that the Hardware tracking is optional. Optional
meaning the hosts or the hardware owner can choose NOT to have the
serial numbers listed. Same thing goes for the installers name. I feel
this should accommodate everybody.

As for the association of "free of charge" with "no warranty" in the
wording of the waiver. I'm leaving it the way it is because the GPL,
section 11, is worded this way.

"11. BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO
WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM..."

I figure the GNU people know what they're talking about so I went with
it.
