NTP is your best bet.  Chances are your ISP will have a NTP server
somewhere on their network.  You can try calling them and asking.  You can
also try to see if ntp.<your ISP's domain> resolves.  Other than that you
can use one of the public open NTP servers.  The http://www.ntp.org/
website has lots of useful info.

If you have a full time connection, you can set up a NTP deamon to keep
time automatically.  If you're using a dial up connection, try putting
ntpdate into /etc/ppp/ip-up, et el.  If you have your own internal network
and want to keep time synchronized, designate one of your systems as your
time servers and synchronize the rest off of that one.
