For a simple firewall firestarter is nice. Requires a GUI on the firewall,
though you can get around that. Haven't used it for a while. New versions
might be more capable.

Michael did a presentation on fwbuilder a couple of months ago. It looks
really nice, but I haven't looked at the scripts it generates.
