Is there anyone out there who can recommend a decent software package to
be used for ISP Billing?  I am looking for something that would be able
to keep track of dialup number access, can be used with the LinkPoint
API, and might even have a web interface for customers to check thier
account, and perhaps modify certain settings on thier account.
