I suggest http://www.emrinternet.com.  I think their hosting is $16.95 a
month, BUT they ACTIVELY support Free Software.

I have been meaning to ask them if they would give discounts to AZOTO
members... Maybe it's time for me to pursue this.  EMR if you  are out
