I have never regretted t= he change for a moment. My local channels are much clearer on the satellite than they ever were with Cox.=0D Plus, their customer service is absolutely horrible. It usually takes 45 minutes to get ahold of a CSR, and, when you do, they are semi-clueless.=20 The last dealings I had with them was when I sold my cable modem on Ebay = to a guy who lives here in Phoenix. He called and said that though my Cox account was closed, it still showed the cable modem on my account and ask= ed if I would call them and have it taken off of the account so that he coul= d add it to his.=0D Forty-five minutes on hold later, I finally got ahold of a CSR who comple= ted the transaction.=0D In my apartment complex we can have the small dishes. When I moved in in December 2000, there was 1 dish. Now, about 20% of the apartments have small dishes. That is a good barometer of Cox.=0D Dart=0D =0D _________________________________________________ =0D If I subtract the cable TV portion off my bill I get phone and cable=0D internet (Cox) for $72 (no the phone is NOT cheaper than Qwest).
