No but we desperately need one. :)  Would be nice for the arhives to be
put back on line in format other than downloading the whole enchalida.
Then adding a search feature (whether it be htDig or something embedded to
Mailman).

Hans/Brian is there some hold up to this other than lack of resources? 
(i.e. If I donated resources to actually do the work, could it happen?)
