I second that.  I once gave a *small* box of Godiva to an exhausted
ticket agent at Heathrow (and smiled) when buying a last-minute ticket. 
Upon boarding, I was shocked to find myself upgraded to a First Class
seat -- on a 15-hour flight from London to Tokyo!

It's not the Godiva, it's the heart and the smile!  (But don't forget
the Godiva)  :-)
