I think though that Windows 2000 > license is transferable. That is correct. Thank you for reminding me. I forget all of the crap they pull too much to keep up with. The big difference is that Windows 2000 w/o SP3 is quite usable still and only moderately vulnerable. Windows XP w/o SP1 is extremely buggy and widely exposed to harm. -Derek
