I am setting up a couple of small mailing lists and wanted to use Mailman to 
do it.  Never done it before.  Well, like some other projects, the setup 
documentation is thin.  Sure the source is there, but who can read Python 
(ducks!)

Anyway, you Mailman admins out there, where can a Mailman newbie go for basic 
server setup information?
