how do you mark cells ( rows/columns ) as floating frames that stay in place
when scrolling through the spreadsheet?

Also, how do you mark rows/columns as sub-rows/columns of other rows, e.g.

expand	date	water	elect	phone
	Jan2003	$50.00	$50.00	$50.00
	Feb2003	$50.00	$50.00	$50.00
	Mar2003	$50.00	$50.00	$50.00
	Apr2003	$50.00	$50.00	$50.00

I want the labels to float as I move around the spreadsheet. I want to be
able to collapse the year down to just the first line when I'm not looking
at it.

I don't care if this is with OO.o or gnumeric. I'd like to know how to do
this with both.
