Remember that cartoon we were directed to this morning that I didn't get? 
Well, I've been reading some of the past cartoons of that guy (that is a 
rather funny cartoon~ that fuzzy thing is a dustball from a server rack) and 
it says that Microsoft acquired Apple in 1997. Is that true?

I remember that microsoft gave them a bunch of money some time ago..... was 
that for stock in the company?
