I am on the west side (Glendale to be precise.) We like it here, and generally housing is a bit cheaper in the west, but be warned: most tech jobs are on the east side! I feel the same way as you about associations, but it's hard to avoid them in new housing. We bought an 18-year old house (now 24) for that reason. But the older homes are better-built anyway, and you actually get a yard, not a 5-foot strip of land around the building. :-) Vaughn > > > [0] http://www.azgeocaching.com/ --------------------------------------------------- PLUG-discuss mailing list - PLUG-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us To subscribe, unsubscribe, or to change you mail settings: http://lists.PLUG.phoenix.az.us/mailman/listinfo/plug-discuss
